Dec. 24-30, 2007Isaac definitely go excited about Santa Claus this year and he like walking around wearing his Santa hat. Getting him to go to sleep on Christmas Eve was actually pretty easy because we told him he had to go to sleep for Santa to come. His “Santa” present was a little Dora tree house/rainbow rock megablocks set and he was pretty happy. Levi liked his mini football, baseball, and soccerball. Levi is our mini jock.Lara showed the kids how to make homemade ice cream and Isaac got really into it. He goes nuts over chocolate. I wish he loved veggies even half that much.My dad wanted to show the kids a cool dino park, but when we got there it was closed so we had to settle for going to a rock shop with a giant dino out in front. We got lucky though and as we were taking pics with the dino, a train went through town over the tracks and the kids were elated to see a real choo choo train. Isaac’s favorite part about being at my dad’s house was playing the piano and Levi’s favorite part was playing with the football in the garage with Mathew. The two of them had a hay day running around in the garage.
