March 17-March 23, 2008Levi is hooked on books now. He wants to be just like his big brother and he’ll pick up a book and start backing up and plunk himself down in my lap to read. His absolute favorite is Goodnight Gorilla. He really likes pointing out the moon and pointing out all of the animals at the zoo and saying “night night!”
We went to the zoo on Wednesday for playgroup which ended up being kind of insane because its spring break and everyone else seemed to have the same idea. The zoo was very crowded, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. We brought our neighbor Claire with us and Isaac had a ball running around with her and I could focus more on Levi. At the petting zoo Isaac actually wanted to pet the goats. He wasn’t afraid of them! Yeah. He seems to be afraid of too many things lately. It’s nice when he can just relax and have fun.
